Forget Me Not children’s hospice and Trinity Wal

Forget Me Not children’s hospice and Trinity Walk are strengthening their partnership after the charity agreed a deal to setup base in the shopping centre.
We’ve been supporting this amazing charity that looks after children and families from across Wakefield and West Yorkshire for nearly a decade, raising money via our Santa’s grotto and Star Walk events.
Thanks to YOU – our amazing shoppers – tens of thousands of pounds has gone their way in vital funding, which is amazing.
Now @forgetmenotchild has agreed a deal with Sainsbury’s to move into the vacant former Argos unit here to expand their charity’s footprint, launch a new store for pre-loved goods and create a donation drop-off point for people wanting to help them raise even more money.
It will also increase their presence at our fundraising events like Star Walk and Santa’s grotto, as they’ll be located right next to the Christmas zone.
More info to come as we go, but we’re looking forward to having the team move even closer!
