If you receive an 'An Error Occurred' screen when attempting to check-in, the reason is more than likely that Location Services are not enabled on your phone for our app.
To enable Location Services on iOS, go to your Settings app and tap on the Privacy section. Then, go into the Location Services section and find our app in the displayed list. Make sure to tick 'While Using the App' under the Allow Location Access section.
To enable Location Services on Android, go to your Settings app and tap on the Apps section. Then, find our app in the displayed list. Toggle the 'Location' switch to enable access to your location.
