As a Customer Service Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure and welcoming environment for both shoppers and employees. Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol assigned areas within the shopping centre to ensure safety and security.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security breaches, fire hazards, and any other irregularities.
Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents, emergencies, or alarms, following established protocols and procedures.
Control access to restricted areas.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting the public and tenants.
Collaborate with the police and emergency services when required, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Maintain accurate and detailed reports of all incidents, accidents, and daily activities.
Requirements:
Must hold a Door Supervisor SIA badge / Licence
Ability to remain calm and composed in all situations.
Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
