Where will a Trinity Walk take you?

No description available

Our heroes (and villains) will assemble here at Trinity Walk for two days of cosplay action, Good Friday April 15 (50p parking) and Easter Saturday April 16 from 11am to 4pm, for fun and to help raise funds for a local hospice.

Feel the Force as Star Wars cosplay members of the UK Garrison (Friday) and 5th Legion (Saturday) patrol the malls, hunting for photos with shoppers.

Hang out with our friendly neighbourhood Spiderman (Saturday), do the robot with Transformer's Bumblebee (both days), cowabunga high five the Turtles (Friday), come face-to-face with the Predator (Friday), feel the power of Iron Man (Saturday), fly by to meet Batman (Saturday),meet the cheeky Deadpool (Saturday) or respect the legend that is Wonderwoman (both days) and the one and only Harley Quinn (Friday). More heroes will be here too!

We'll also have a selection of TV and movie vehicles each day including the Optimus Prime Transformers truck (Saturday), A-Team van (Friday), Lightening McQueen (both days), Only Fools and Horses van (Friday) and a classic American TransAm (Saturday).

Free face painting with Donna is available for our young heroes 11am to 4pm both days and meet our big blue Trinity Walk mascot Trinny Bear throughout both days.

Plus look out for the 8 foot tall Easter egg and Easter character as part of Wakefield BID's city centre egg hunt, with prizes to be won.

It's all to help put a smile back on people's faces and raise money for our charity partner, Forget Me Not children's hospice who look after kids and families across Wakefield and West Yorkshire.

Characters will be out on the malls between 11am to 4pm, but don't forget the stars will need a few breaks (it's hard work being a hero) so if they're not there when you land then hang around (like Spidey!).

There'll also be out of this world donuts on sale crafted by the Project D pop-up near New Look.

Huge thanks to The Cosmaniacs, CPM Entertainers, Egglestone Limousines, 5th Legion, UK Garrison 501th Legion, Simon Reed, ADT Haulage, Tanya & Dave and Hyperbole Cosplay.

**as this is a live event and features several volunteers, characters/acts/vehicles subject to change without notice. Please do not touch the vehicles or characters for any reason. Please give characters plenty of space and do not leave children unattended at any time. Thanks!**
