SANTA IS BACK! Ho ho yes, our annual famous FREE (and awesome) Santa has returned to make sure everyone's been good and to see what they want under the tree this year.
You can meet him for free at Trinity Walk, Wakefield, throughout December this Christmas. And kids will also get one free small gift each when they visit*
Plus we'll have FREE face painting form December 20-23 at 11am to 3pm on the main mall opposite Superdrug/River Island.
It's a great chance to chat to Santa by his grotto and grab some free festive pics on your phones in the Christmas event zone located near the escalators and The Entertainer toy shop. The zone has got a big roof, but it's open air meaning lots of fresh air for safety.
No need to book, just turn up. Please remember to give each other (and Santa) space when you visit and use the hand sanitiser provided before and after meeting the main man.
While queueing please make sure your kids all stay close to you/parents/carers, please don't let them run around - it's a fast way onto Santa's naughty list. #Awkward
It's free to visit, but if you can spare anything then all donations will go to our charity partners at Forget Me Not Children's Hospice.

Is it safe with Covid still around? It's absolutely as safe as it can be, because our event space is open air. It is covered by a high roof, but has open sides meaning you are covered from rain/snow but with lots of fresh air.
Will we go into the grotto to meet Santa? No, for everyone's comfort you wil meet Santa outside his grotto. Don't worry, you'll still get to tell him what you want for Christmas and of course take a picture with him outside his specially built illuminated grotto.
How much does it cost and do we have to book? Nothing and no! It's totally free to visit and no need to book, just turn up. Even at busy times you don't have to queue for long. Plus there are so many chances to visit.
Can I hug Santa? Although he'd love to, we'd rather you didn't. A cool knuckle touch is way better anyway.
Do we get a gift? Yes, each kid will get a small gift while stocks last. Please make sure your child is old enough and supervised when they get the gift.
What if I have a few kids, is that OK? Absolutely, bring them all.
